Are there trial sessions for personal training?
Yes! Your complimentary trial session and assessment lets you meet the trainer, experience their approach, and decide if it aligns with your goals, no pressure to commit upfront.
How do I choose the right personal trainer for me?
Each trainer has different specialties and styles. Let us know your preferences and fitness goals, and we’ll set up a complimentary fitness consultation with a suitable personal trainer. From there, you can decide, and if your needs change, you’re welcome to switch trainers anytime.
What’s included in a personal training session?
It’s a one-on-one, 60-minute session tailored to your goals. It includes a warm-up, personalized workout, and cool-down. Some trainers may also offer input on nutrition or lifestyle, if relevant to your needs.
Do I have to commit long-term to personal training?
Not at all. We offer flexible packages, from single sessions to long-term plans. Our trainers also coach you to become confident training on your own, so you don’t need to rely on PT forever.
How many times per week should I do personal training?
It depends on your goals and schedule. Many clients start with 2–3 sessions per week, while some may prefer to train 5 or more times weekly.
Do I still have to pay for a membership if I sign up for personal training?
Yes. Membership fees are separate from personal training packages. This allows you full access to the gym and group classes, which many trainers include as part of a balanced program alongside your one-on-one sessions.
Can I still sign up for a personal training package if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Yes! With your doctor’s clearance, we’ll match you with a certified trainer who specializes in your needs and can design a safe, customized program to support your recovery and goals.
Do you have specialist personal trainers for weight loss, rehab, seniors, or specific goals like bodybuilding or prenatal fitness?
Yes! Many of our trainers are certified in areas like fat loss, strength training, injury rehab, senior fitness, sports performance, prenatal and postnatal training, and even competition prep for bodybuilding. Visit our Personal Training page to find the right fit for your goals.
Can I train with a friend or partner in semi-private sessions?
Yes! We offer duet and small group personal training sessions (up to 5 people), perfect for shared goals and accountability.
Do you offer Personal Training for kids?
Yes! Kids up to 15 years old can join personal training without a membership. Sessions are fully supervised, and a parent or guardian must handle drop-off and pick-up. Training is tailored to each child’s age, ability, and goals.
