How your 7 days actually work
Everything runs on one activation date. Here's the sequence, start to finish.

Choose your activation date and your seven days begin. Start 1 August, and access runs 1–7 August, simple as that.

Train For Seven Days
Come once or come every day, the choice is yours for seven straight days. It cannot be paused or extended after that.

FAQs
Is the keytag deposit refundable?
Yes. You'll pay a refundable RM150 keytag deposit before your access begins. If you decide not to continue, return it in good working condition and you'll get it back in full.
Is the RM69 or RM250 package fee refundable if i purchase full membership?
The package fee itself is non-refundable, it covers your 7 days of access, InBody assessment, and PT consultation whether or not you use every session. Your RM150 keytag deposit is separate and is refundable.
Can I use this promo with another offer or discount?
This Merdeka promotion can't be combined with any other promotion, membership discount, corporate rate, or special offer, it's already priced as a standalone deal.
Who is this offer for?
New prospects who want to properly experience LifenFitness before committing to a membership. Former members are welcome too, you'll just need quick approval from the Club Manager and a clear balance first.
Can I buy the package more than once?
Each person can use a Merdeka promotional package once, and you'll choose either the RM69 or the RM250 option, not both.
Can I transfer my package to someone else, like a friend or family member?
Both packages and everything included in them are personal to you and can't be transferred to another person.
Can I join a membership before my 7 days are up?
Yes, you can register for a 6 or 12-month membership at any point during your seven days. Your new membership simply starts the day after your trial ends.
What if I don't use all my included sessions or all 7 days?
Unused days, sessions, or services can't be replaced, refunded, exchanged for cash, or carried forward, they expire with the package.
