FAQs
Do I need experience to join a Pilates class?
Not at all! Our Pilates classes are beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step by supportive instructors. Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, you’ll feel right at home.
What should I wear or bring?
Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. We provide mats and other equipment — but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Is Pilates good for weight loss or just flexibility?
Pilates builds strength, tones muscles, and improves posture — which all support healthy weight loss over time. It's also great for improving mobility and reducing stress.
Can I join if I have back pain or an injury?
Always check with your doctor first, but many of our members with mild back pain or post-injury recovery find Pilates helpful. Let your instructor know before class — we’ll guide you through safe modifications.
How often should I attend to see results?
We recommend 2–3 times a week for consistent progress. But remember — every session counts. Go at your own pace, and we’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
Is it okay if I’m not flexible?
Absolutely. You don’t need to be flexible to do Pilates — you do Pilates to become more flexible. We meet you where you are.
